Venue: Comprehensive stadium on the first floor of the National Sports Center, North District, Taichung City (404 No. 55, Section 1, Chongde Road, North District, Taichung City)

Admission special rules

☆ The event venue is a stadium, in order to maintain the PU material floor,Stilettos are not allowed, Those who wear stilettos will not be able to enter the venue, and the on-site event personnel reserve the final interpretation right of judgment.
☆ Due to the large number of people on site,
Masks are required to enter, You cannot enter without wearing a mask.
All transactions are strictly prohibited before 10:30, before the opening, all staff (including stall owners and elves) must return to their booths to prepare for the opening. All aisles are cleared before the opening, and all queuing is prohibited.
Avoid danger on the field, allNo running.
☆ It is recommended that you install the "Taiwan Social Distance APP" on your mobile phone and turn on the Bluetooth. If you come into contact with a confirmed case during the meeting, the APP will pop up a push notification.

Registration Qualifications for Entire Commercial Session on May 20th (Recruitment Completed)

☆ Applicants must be creators, agents, reseller, or physical stores, etc. The products sold must be brand new.
☆ The main business scope must be related to dolls, including BJD, DD, SMD, pets, small size dolls, OB11, Blythe, etc.

☆ Counterfeit and pirated products are strictly prohibited in all sessions.There will be inspectors on enent. If pirated and counterfeit products are found, the booth owner will be terminated on the spot. All booth fees will not be refunded, and related activities of DollGalaxy will not admitted the above vendor forever.
Available at the venueWhistleblowing, it is forbidden to sell A product B (such as posting your own brand name after the approval of other shopping websites on other shopping websites, pretending to be self-made products for sale), if found, it will be blacklisted, and you will be asked to stop selling the product or remove the sticker on the spot Card.

5/21 [Commercial/Second-hand Mixed Shows] Registration Qualifications (Recruitment Completed)

New or second-hand products can be sold on the second day. If your brand has both new and second-hand products to sell, it is recommended to sign up for the second day.
☆ All kinds second-hand merchandise related to dolls are welcome. As long as you have physical doll-related items, you may register a booth and sell them on the event.
☆ This session is also open to brand owners to sell their sample dress or defective products. Brand owners are welcome to sign up booth for two days.
☆ All kinds of second-hand dolls and doll merchandise can be sold. If you are not sure whether the second-hand products you want to sell are controversial, please write us an Email or private message to inquire about the conference.

☆ Counterfeit and pirated products are strictly prohibited in all sessions.There will be inspectors on enent. If pirated and counterfeit products are found, the booth owner will be terminated on the spot. Two-Day Registration

☆ If the brand owner is admitted on both days, the shifting time will be open from 17:00 to 18:00 pm on the first day. The booth owner on the first day can be transferred to the booth on the second day in advance during shifting time.
☆ DollGalaxy will not be responsible for safekeeping if the items on the booth need to be stored until the next day. Please take your personal belongings with you.

Registration Period and Method

☆ Common booths and consignment booths register at the same time. Those who register for general booths are not allowed to register at the same time.You can find more informatio about consignment stand here.

☆ Each person has only one registration quota per session. If the person in charge has multiple sub-brands, he or she can only register once per session with one of the brand names. The correct demonstration of multi-brand registration is as follows:
● Cathy created two BJD-related brands, namely Starry clothes design studio and Flora hand-made wig workshop.
● On the first session, she decided to sign up with "Starry clothes design studio" to sell brand new products.
● On the second session, Cathy sign up for the second-hand market with "Flora hand-made wig workshop" and sell sample dress and float products.

☆ Registration time:
● First recruitment: from 8:00 pm on August 15, 2022 to 8:00 pm on September 15, 2022.
● Second recruitment: It is expected to open in March 2023.

☆ We etimate to enroll about 240-250 booths per day(A total of 450-500 stalls in two days). DollGalaxy reserves the right to change the specific number of stalls. If there are too many application booths, the number of selected booths will be determined by drawing lots.

 Please do not empty your booth. The afterward admission will check the past exhibition records. Please try not to be empty booth. If there is a force majeure situation, please refer tobooth transfer.

Booth Rental and other Related Expenses

☆ Maximum number of booths registration: A club (or brand) can register up to 4 booths per session, and a maximum of 12 booths can be jointed, please refer tobooth union.
☆ Booth rental: $400 NTD. Each booth includes a 90*90 deak space, a chair, a free admission ticket, two garbage bags (garbage/recycling are separated), an assistant discount ticket purchase quota, and a chair additional rental quota.
☆ Discount ticket for the assistance: Purchase tickets on the spot while the club enters the venue. Admission fee for discount ticket is $150 NTD. Assistance enters the venue from the club entrance.
The entry time for the assistance will be ended at 10:20 am. If it is overdue, you need to queue up at the general entrance instead.
☆ Vendors must confirm the number of additional rental chairs when the admission club pays the booth rental. Additional purchases on the spot will not be accepted.

☆ Booth table size: length 180cm*width 90cm*75cm, a table has two booths, and the space allocated to each stall is 90cm*90cm.

Venue Delivery Service

1. The collection and delivery service at the venue is only to provide the booth owner with a convenient channel for transporting goods, and the organizer is not responsible for any storage. Please use this service at your own discretion.
2. Please be sure to collect the mailing list after sending the parcels. If the number of boxes is found to be insufficient when checking the parcels on site, the booth owner must contact Heimao to confirm the status of the parcels.
3. If the fault is caused by the booth owner or the black cat, the organizer does not guarantee that the products will arrive before the event.

☆ Pre-session postage service: DollGalaxy accepts packages fromT-CAT only.When sending a parcel,please specify 5/19 for the package to arrive, the rest of the time will not receive goods. In view of the unstable logistics time recently, please5/16Send the package before.

Set up and Withdrawal Regulations for Booth

☆ Booth set up time: 09:00-10:20 in the morning. The booth can be set up after entering the venue.

☆ Club entrance closed at 10:20 am.Vendors arrive after 10:20 need to queue up from the audance entrance. If you need assistance, please ask information desk for support.

☆ Vendor withdrawal time: The event ends at 16:00 pm. The withdrawal must be completed before 17:00.

☆ If the stall owner of the brand market needs to use the black cat delivery service, please be sure to hand over the package to the headquarters of the club and fill in the shipping order (purple form) before 16:00, please contactVenue Delivery Service.

☆ All transactions are strictly prohibited before 10:30, before the opening, all staff (including stall owners and elves) must return to their booths to prepare for the opening. All aisles are cleared before the opening, and all queuing is prohibited.

☆ 10:30~16:00 is the activity time, vendors are responsible to maintain order of own booth. Do not affect neighboring booths. Pay attention to pickpockets.

☆ Audience clearance starts at 4:00. Booth owners are required to complete the booth cleaning before 5:30. After 5:30, the table and chair rental company will come and collect.

☆ Except for the information desk, it is forbidden to use broadcasting equipment and other lighting equipment that will impact others.

☆ In order to maintain the safety of the venue, the height of the scenery of each booth shall not exceed 90 cm. If there are furnishings placed on the ground, the height shall not exceed 180 cm.

☆ The booth owner is responsible for the safety of the layout of the booth. If any collapsion occurs in the event, the person in charge of the booth will be fully responsible for all losses and injuries caused.

☆ There will be two ways to enter the venue: "QRcode admission" and "Personal certificate admission". Vendors can choose either way to enter.
QRcode admission: The organizer expects to distribute the "Booth Owner Entrance QRcode" to the person in charge on 5/15. The two-day admission QRcode is not valid.This coupon will not be reissued if it is canceled by mistake. Please show the QRcode screen when entering the venue with this coupon, and the on-site staff will scan and write it off, and you can enter the venue after it is written off.
Admission with personal certificate: The person in charge of the booth needs to present the specificed valid certificate,Only choose one of health insurance card, ID card and driver's licensefor on-site staff to check before entering.
If you do not show the QRcode for admission or the designated ID of the person in charge of the booth, the organizer has the right to refuse your entry, please cooperate.
If there are multiple assistance or free admission quota in your team, you need to wait until each member has arrived on-site.When all the members are present, the person in charge will lead the team to enter the venue together (the team leader is not allowed to enter the venue without the QRcode or personal certificate of the person in charge); If some members of the club cannot enter before 10:20, please ask him or her to queue up at the general entrance.

☆ Each booth has one free entry quota + one elf purchase quota, which means that each booth can have a maximum of two people entering the venue, two booths with four people, and so on.

☆ Admission process:

3. The last three digits of the phone number + surname of the person in charge of the newsstand (similar to picking up goods at a supermarket)
4. The staff can check the information of the booth through the computer connection
5. Pay the elf entrance fee or other pending fees
6. Write off the QRcode or check the certificate
7. Stamp your hand and complete the formalities to enter the venue

ATM in the venue

There are two cash machines in the gymnasium, which are located in the following locations:

☆ Shin Kong Bank ATM: It is located on the right hand side after entering the main entrance of the gymnasium, next to the counter of the gymnasium.

☆ Taishin Bank ATM: Located inside OK Supermarket.

Booth Union

☆ A maximum of 12 stalls can be arranged in a row. The organizer will try to arrange the associations with the stalls nearby, but there is no guarantee to be exactly one row.

☆ Due to the difference between the two-day session,booth union on both day will be arranged separately..

☆ If the brand owner is admitted on both days, the shifting time will be open from 17:00 to 18:00 pm on the first day. The booth owner on the first day can be transferred to the booth on the second day in advance during shifting time.
● For example: the first day's booth is at D13, after the first day's activities, you can move to the second day's booth C18 (as long as the human beings come to the club to enter the venue the next morning).
● Please be notice! DollGalaxy is not responsible for safekeeping. Please carry personal belongings with you.If you are concerned about losing items, you can also line up at 9:00 the next morning to enter and set up a booth.

☆ The joint booth composition will only be open for filling in the form in the "payment after admission" link.

Booth Transfer

☆ Please send a booth transfer application letter to us after the original booth owner finds a new booth owner.

☆ There is no additional charge for the transfer service, but the booth rental will not be refunded to the original booth owner, and the invoice for the booth rental that has been issued will not be reissue. Please coordinate the cost between the original booth owner and the new booth owner by yourself.

☆ If the original stall owner has applied for the booth union service, it will be handled in accordance with the following regulations:
● The original stall owner is the company leader: the transfer owner will automatically take over the position of the company leader.
● The original stall owner is only a team member of the joint stall: the reseller will be asked about his willingness to choose whether to be included in the joint stall.
● The original stall owner is requested to coordinate with the partners of the joint stall, and everyone agrees to transfer the stall again, and the organizer will not intervene in related disputes.

☆ Transfer acceptance until 2023/5/13Overdue changes are not accepted.

☆ In order to maintain the quality of the venue, DollGalaxy may refuse to transfer the booth if the new owner of the transferred booth is on the blacklist.

Other Matters needing attention

☆ Considering the nature of the event, children under the age of 12 are not allowed to enter the venue. Children over the age of 12 must be accompanied by a guardian when entering the venue, and need to purchase an elf ticket or consume a free admission quota (same as adults).

☆ We provide two garbage bags for each (general garbage and recycling), please take them to the information desk for disposal after the event.

☆ If the event is forced to be suspended due to force majeure factors (such as typhoons, natural disasters, epidemics, etc.), the event will be postponed and the specific plan will be announced at that time.

☆ Counterfeit and pirated products are strictly prohibited in all sessions.There will be inspectors on enent. ☆ Vendor may eat and drink at the booth, but do not eat food with strong smell (including but not limited to fried chicken, stinky tofu, etc.) Be sure to keep the venue tidy.
